The latest report from CGA by NIQ and Harri is based on a ‘Working in Hospitality’ survey conducted by Harri and CGA. It drew responses from more than 500 current employees in hospitality or employees with significant and recent experience within the sector. The survey captured a wide range of roles from front- to back-of-house across multiple sectors, including restaurants, pubs, bars, hotels and catering.
To complement this picture of employment in hospitality, the research also included in-depth interviews with hospitality leaders from businesses of varying sizes in the restaurant, pub and bar sectors.
